EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
Rob is an experienced emergency services worker, having served with numerous agencies in the public, private, and non-profit sectors in New Jersey and New York City. He successfully completed 'Challenges in Crisis & Disaster Management' at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, D.C., as well as an array of other credentials.
He has received several recognitions, including being selected as runner-up for New Jersey's Professional EMT of the year, seven documented CPR saves, a commendation for responding into Manhattan on 9/11, and receiving the 'Call to Service' Lifetime Achievement Award from President Barak Obama.
This work demonstrates the ability to address and manage a terrorist attack on a fuel storage facility.

Rob has secured an A.S. in Criminal Justice, A.A. in Education, and B.S. in National Security. Following this, he secured an Executive Master of International Relations with a focus on global security from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, as well as a Certificates of Advanced Study (CAS) in Public Administration, Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution, as well as Security Studies
Some graduate-level coursework he completed includes US Intelligence Community, US Defense Strategy, Constitutional, Criminal, and Property Law, Comparative Foriegn Policy, and Public Administration & Democracy.

SERVICE TO NATION
Rob enlisted in the United States Army Reserve - and later, the New Jersey Army National Guard - just after high school. After completing Basic Training, he spent five months training to become a Geospatial Military Intelligence Analyst. During his time in service, he also performed as a Chemical Operations Specialist, Military Police Officer, and Infantry Soldier, providing him with real-world experience both from the analytical side and by having boots on the ground. For his final assignment, he was selected as a member of the NJARNG State Honor Guard where he participated directly in over 200 military funerals.
He has extensively served his nation and his community, volunteering throughout his lifetime in a wide range of philanthropic causes. Some include volunteering as an EMT, serving meals to people who are homeless, participating in food, clothing, and blood drives, supporting education programs for underprivileged youths, disaster response & recovery, and mentoring programs.
